What does a custom motorcycle seat build include?

A full custom build is a hand-shaped seat designed around your bike, riding posture, and style — foam cut from scratch, leather or vinyl color-matched, stitched on Scott's bench.

Pick the profile, foam density, stitching pattern (diamond, gator, ostrich, or flat), and leather or vinyl. Scott walks you through every decision so the final seat looks right, fits right, and rides right for hours on the road. Fits Harley Road Glide, Street Bob, Indian Chief, Honda Goldwing, BMW R-series, vintage choppers — every brand and frame.

A repair or mod rebuilds the seat you already ride — new cover, reshaped foam, or a different profile — without losing what you love about it.

Got a torn cover, sagging foam, or a profile you wish was a little different? Bring it in or ship it. Scott rebuilds OEM seats from Harley, Indian, Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Triumph, BMW, and Ducati — reshapes foam for better lower-back support, swaps covers, and modifies your existing seat without losing what you love about it.

How does a custom build work, step by step?

Five steps from inquiry to bolting the finished seat onto your bike.

Call Scott or submit the contact form with photos of your bike and current seat.
2.
Design Call
Talk through profile, foam density, stitching pattern, leather or vinyl, and color match.
3.
Ship In or Drop Off
Pack the seat and ship it to 8880 Rushview Dr, Pinckney, MI — or drop off locally during business hours.
4.
Hand-Built in the Shop
Scott rebuilds the seat from foam up — cut, stitched, and inspected one at a time.
5.
Ships Back Ready to Bolt On
The finished seat ships back fully assembled. Bolt it on and ride.
